Why do you do what you do and what drives you to remain in the education system?
I think everyone in education wants to make a difference with the students. Whether it was teaching or coaching, I thought that younger people would enjoy my sense of humor and they might even learn something along the way. Working as an administrator, I enjoy being on the "front line" with student and staff attempting to mediate the issues in today's public education.
