Mission Statement
To develop strong minds within strong bodies through motivated coaching, practical and research based education in order to effectively prepare our student athletes for the demands of their sport while advancing each student athlete into a competitive, successful leader both during and long after their high school experience.
Training Approach
The program applied takes a complete approach to scientifically and practically progress each individual athlete. The purpose is to improve all components that will aid in achieving maximal athletic performance while reducing the occurrence of injury. An incorporation of athletic based, free weight, multi-joint, and multi-directional movements which vary from a diverse collection of strength and conditioning disciplines to prepare each athlete for the general and specific demands of their sport. Standards that will be implemented at all times are integrity, attention to detail, quality before quantity, and execution before innovation.
